We are committed to your satisfaction while honoring the unique nature of antique and vintage goods. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy carefully, as it forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the curated and pre-owned nature of our collection, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or minor imperfections that are consistent with age and prior use.
2. When Exchanges or Store Credit May Be Accepted
We may offer an exchange or store credit only under the following circumstances:
- The item received is significantly misrepresented compared to its listing description or photos.
- You received the wrong item.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us at info@prelovedantiques.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the discrepancy.
Exchange approval is at the sole discretion of Pre-Loved Antiques.
3. Conditions for Accepted Returns
If your exchange request is approved:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, without additional damage or alteration.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or significant misrepresentation).
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items that do not meet these conditions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- International orders
- Custom orders or items that have been modified at the buyer’s request
- Items showing signs of additional wear, damage, or alteration post-delivery
- Items without original packaging or labels (if applicable)
5. Damaged Items During Shipping
If an item arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the item and the packaging.
- We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement (if possible), or issue store credit.
Damage reported after 48 hours may not qualify for compensation.
Note: Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery is not covered. However, we may offer paid restoration services on a case-by-case basis.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the item has not yet shipped. After 24 hours, or once shipped, the order is final.
7. International Orders
All international sales are final.
International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees. We are not liable for customs delays or postal issues once an item leaves Qatar.
