If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will offer repair, replacement (if available), or store credit.

5. What if the item I receive looks different from the listing?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not yet been shipped. After that time, all orders are considered final.

9. Can I reserve or hold an item?

At the moment, we do not offer item holds. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, we recommend completing your purchase promptly to avoid missing out.
